Includes...well this is half a beef. So you’ll receive nearly 220 lbs total consisting of Steaks, Roasts, Brisket, and Ground. It translates into 25% Steaks, 35% Roasts and misc. cuts like Stew Meat and Short Ribs and 40% Ground Beef.
And we deliver for free along the Wasatch front (if you’re not on the Wasatch Front please don’t order because we can’t ship this beef box).
